How do you accrue pension?

You and your employer pay monthly pension contributions. You pay 10.08% and your employer pays 23.52%. In essence, the contribution is the price of your pension. For 2021, the premium is 33.60% of the pension base. Every month, your employer pays the pension contribution to Astellas Pension Fund. Your share of the pension contribution is deducted from your gross salary by your employer. The exact amount is stated on your payslip. Your employer’s contribution is not shown on your payslip.
