We assess each year whether we can increase your accrued pension. Our fund can only increase your pension if we have enough money. Unfortunately, this is not the case. However, while we expect no increase to your pension in the coming years, we equally expect no reduction. We will only reduce your pension if our fund is struggling financially. Each year, Astellas Pension Fund endeavours to increment your accrued pension so that it retains its purchasing power. If we are able to increase your pension, we will derive this increase from the rise in negotiated wages. Your pension has not been increased this year. In recent years we have raised our members' pensions as follows:
