Altered flexibility factors
Flexibility factors affect how your pension is calculated if you make use of the available options, for example conversion or earlier or later retirement. The board has determined these factors for 2017, and they have changed in relation to last year.
Contribution
The employer’s contribution to the pension fund is 29.8%. Your contribution is 9.93%
Accrual percentage
Based on this contribution for 2017, the board has determined that an accrual percentage of 1.53% can be allocated. You have already received this information by letter.
State pension deductible
The state pension or AOW deductible – the amount on which you do not accrue pension because you also receive state pension – is fixed at €14,062.
