We take good care of your privacy

The General Data Protection Regulation enters into force on 25 May 2018. This is the European Union’s new privacy regulation. The old regulation was in need of an update as the technological possibilities and online data traffic have increased enormously over the years. The objective of this new regulation is to improve the protection of the privacy of individuals. That includes you!

Taking good care of your personal data

The GDPR entails more and different responsibilities for organisations working with personal data files. This also applies to our pension fund, our administrator AZL and other parties to which our fund has outsourced work. We cannot do our job properly without collecting and processing your personal data. How else could we administer your accrued pension or pay out your pension? However, we only collect personal data that we need for this purpose.

As of 25 May 2018, we need to be able to prove that we are satisfying our duty of accountability. Not only can we be held accountable for the correct handling of personal data, but we must also be able to provide evidence of this. In short, we promise you that we will handle your personal data with care, and can prove that we do so.
