The Astellas Pension Fund gives you the option of using your pension capital from the defined contribution scheme to purchase in its average earnings scheme. In November 2018, you received a letter from us about this possibility. Don't forget to notify us before 15 February 2019.
Make your choice before 15 February 2019
You must notify the fund of your choice before 15 February 2019. If you fail to do this by the specified date, your pension capital will remain in the defined contribution scheme.

If you have accrued pension capital in the Astellas Pension Fund, you have received a letter from us about this possibility. The option form will also be enclosed with that letter.
